We initially met Alex more than two years ago when he showed us a downtown condo that piqued our interest. Obviously, he left a good impression as when it came time to sell our own condo this past fall we reached out to him to represent us. Alex spent more than two weeks helping me find the right apartment in Toronto. I was relocating from New York City and he took it upon himself to familiarize me with the Toronto market. In the past 5 years, I have dealt with my fair share of realtors in New York and Chicago, and I can easily say that Alex was the BEST person I've worked with. After a few brief conversations, he was able to pin point exactly what I wanted and showed me more than a half dozen apartments, that were all perfect for my needs. He scheduled the viewings in the evenings to accommodate my work schedule and was always very courteous and flexible.
